This policy is strictly for items that are damaged during transport.


Unfortunately, we cannot provide a warranty for timber products. Timber products are natural materials that can be affected by environmental conditions over time, altering their state. Our return policy is restricted to items that incurred damage during shipping for this reason.

What to Do if Your Item is Damaged On Arrival:

Contact Us Quickly: We understand project timelines are important. That’s why we ask that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you discover any damage. The sooner you let us know, the faster we can help resolve the issue.

Proof of Damage: We’ll ask you for a brief description of the damage and some photos for verification. To expedite the replacement process, please include a brief description of the damage and some clear photos of the shipping box and the damage to the item itself. This will help us verify the issue and ensure a smooth replacement.

Replacement on Us: Once we’ve confirmed the damage, if we have more in stock, we may be able to arrange a free replacement item to be shipped to you or a partial refund if the item is still partially usable. We want to ensure your project stays on track!
